You will be paid 2 weeks after the working week, either on Friday before 11:59PM or Monday before 06:00PM
Your payslip will be available as soon as your online payments are processed. You will receive it via email. However if havent received your payslip for any reason, you can also request it via our chat option
If you don’t submit your timesheet on time, it might mean that our team can’t complete your assignments properly. The reporting of your work hours is what informs payroll and benefits, so please be sure to submit them in time each week.
We're here to help you report an incident at work using our chat or contact form. We aim to respond within one business day, but are working hard to get you a response within the hour.
If an employer wants to hire you, they will email your contact person at the agency. When that happens, we'll send your application file and all of your supporting documents to them. Your contact person will check with you on whether or not all of your documents are included in their packet and send it along if everything is there.
We are glad you enjoyed your shift and yes you can refer a friend. You get £20 for each referral once they complete 10 shifts
